Gareth McAuley and Chris Brunt have appeared to poke fun at West Brom team-mate Saido Berahino for his photo taken on a private jet.
McAuley posted a picture on Twitter of Brunt, Kyle Lafferty and himself appearing to mock Berahino's 'thumbs-up' pose on a plane to the Faroe Islands, where they are set to feature for Northern Ireland in a European Qualifier.
Berahino posted his photo on Twitter on Wednesday, two days after his angry outburst at West Brom chairman Jeremy Peace over a failed deadline-day transfer to Tottenham.
On Tuesday he tweeted: "Sad how I can't say exactly how the club has treated me but I can officially say I will never play [for] Jeremy Peace."
The 21-year-old striker has since deleted both Twitter posts but questions remain over his future at Albion, despite being named in West Brom's Premier League squad on Thursday.
A poll of more than 3,000 supporters in West Midlands newspaper Express & Star found almost two-thirds believe Berahino is a "snake on a plane" and should not return to the club.
Berahino will reportedly hold a meeting with Peace and other club officials when he returns on Monday, but he has not played in their last three matches.
Tottenham lodged four bids four bids for Berahino - two of them on deadline day - but all were blocked by Peace who consistently said Albion had "no interest" in selling one of his star players and criticised Tottenham's approach.
