Charlie Nicholas reviews West Brom's away win at Southampton

Watch as Charlie Nicholas gives his views on West Brom's 2-1 win against Southampton at St Mary's in the Premier League.

It was a match packed with talking points, with Shane Long's first goal of the season putting Claude Puel's side ahead shortly before the break.

West Brom were quick to level as Matt Phillips struck just 106 seconds later to notch his fourth goal of the season.

Phillips then set up Hal Robson-Kanu for the visitors' winner early in the second half, meaning the Scotland international has been involved in nine goals in his team's last nine games.

For Robson-Kanu, his strike was his first in West Brom colours and it came as he made his first start for the club following 13 outings as a substitute.

It was a spectacular strike too as he netted for the first time since Wales' famous 3-1 win over Belgium at Euro 2016.

There was even more to discuss as the match reached a conclusion, with Virgil van Dijk seeing red as he was sent off for a late foul on Salomon Rondon.
