Highlights of the Sky Bet Championship match between Sheffield Wednesday and Wigan Athletic.

Sheffield Wednesday and Wigan had to settle for a 0-0 draw in a fairly even contest which saw both teams hit the woodwork.

In the opening few minutes, Wednesday's Mason Burstow burst clear on the right wing and fired in a shot which struck the near post.

As the hosts continued to press, Kieran Morrison saw his shot beaten away by Joe Whitworth and then Yan Valery put a glancing header wide.

At the other end, Joe Lumley was forced to get down smartly at his near post to save a low shot from Reggie Walsh.

Whitworth came to Wigan's rescue in the latter stages of the half when he stuck out a leg to keep out Valery's shot.

The home side had a real let-off just before the hour-mark when Jensen Weir's shot came back off a post and Walsh failed to direct the rebound on target.
