Joe Ledley has signed an extension on his current Cardiff contract.The 18-year-old midfielder has committed his long-term future to The Bluebirds by agreeing to the new deal.
The young Welshman was born in Cardiff and wasted little time in extending his stay at Ninian Park after making his debut last October.
Ledley has also been called-up into the Wales Under-21 side recently, along with team-mate James Collins.
Ledley's commitment to the club is good news for Bluebirds boss Lennie Lawrence, with it coming hot on the heals of Cameron Jerome's decision to also extend his stay.
