Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew says Sunderland were 'lucky' to get a draw

Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew believes Sunderland were fortunate to earn a 2-2 draw at the Stadium of Light.
Fabio Borini's late strike helped move Sunderland out of the relegation zone after the points were shared on Tuesday as Pardew's side remain without a Premier League victory in 2016.
The visitors appeared to be on course for victory after Connor Wickham's second-half double had cancelled out Dame N'Doye's 36th-minute opener for the hosts.
However, Sunderland's point sees them leapfrog Norwich and move up to 17th in the table, while Palace remain 14th after a club-record 11th Premier League match without a win.
"They [Sunderland] took the lead, and they've been on a roll, so to come back and get ourselves in front like that was phenomenal," said Pardew.
"We really played well second half and they're fortunate to get a draw."
Despite Palace's poor form, Pardew believes his side are still capable of finding their form again and will bounce back.
"We've won games this year but it's been strange because they've all come in the cup against Premier League opposition, and again we showed we're good enough to win games in this division," added Pardew.
"We were desperately unlucky tonight in my opinion."
