Crystal Palace are close to re-signing West Brom winger Bakary Sako, according to Sky sources.
The 30-year-old midfielder has been having a medical this weekend and will discuss personal terms.
Sako signed a short term contract with West Brom in October until the end of the season. He is expected to sign a similar deal at Selhurst Park.
The Mali international was made a free agent last summer after turning down a new deal with Palace when his contract expired.
Sako joined the London club in 2015 following a promising three-year spell at Wolves.
