Crystal Palace are close to re-signing West Brom winger Bakary Sako, according to Sky sources.
The 30-year-old midfielder has been having a medical this weekend and will discuss personal terms.
Sako signed a short term contract with West Brom in October until the end of the season. He is expected to sign a similar deal at Selhurst Park.
The Mali international was made a free agent last summer after turning down a new deal with Palace when his contract expired.
Sako joined the London club in 2015 following a promising three-year spell at Wolves.
He enjoyed success under Roy Hodgson, scoring six goals in 19 appearances last season before sustaining an ankle fracture in February.
He has made six appearances for West Brom this season, scoring one goal.
Sako has also played 21 times for his country.
