Ipswich starlet Ian Westlake has agreed a new long-term contract at the club.
Ipswich Town starlet Ian Westlake has agreed a new long-term contract at the club.The 21-year-old has put pen-to-paper on a three-year deal, which ties him to the Suffolk outfit until 2008.
"I've been at this club since I was a kid and it's been great to progress on to the first-team and now sign a new deal," said Westlake.
"Hopefully I will stay here as long as possible.
Westlake is now hoping to help Ipswich make a return to The Premiership. They currently sit top of The Championship after a 2-1 victory over Wigan on Wednesday.
