Andre Gray backed for England call-up by Burnley's Tom Heaton

Tom Heaton believes Burnley team-mate Andre Gray has done enough to earn an England call-up.
Gray has been a huge success since joining the Clarets from Brentford in the summer of 2015, winning the Championship Golden Boot last season as he helped fire Sean Dyche's side back to the Premier League.
This season Gray has proved he is capable of scoring in the top flight with six Premier League goals and Heaton believes the 25-year-old has the talent to make the step up to international level.
When asked if Gray is deserving of a call-up, Heaton told Sky Sports News HQ: "Very much so. I think he has put himself in the frame.
"Playing in the Premier League week in, week out and scoring goals. He is a handful for any centre-half pairing.
"He is a really valuable asset to us. I have been really impressed with him since he has arrived at the club. His strength, his pace and above all his finishing is what you want from your frontman.
"I think he would certainly be a good addition."
Heaton became the first Burnley player since 1974 to earn a full England cap when he came on against Australia in May and he won his second cap during November's 2-2 draw against Spain.
The 30-year-old admits being involved with England is a dream come true, but knows he must continue to excel for Burnley in order to impress Gareth Southgate.
"It has been fantastic being involved in the England set-up over the last couple of years," Heaton said. "To get a taste of international football was brilliant.
"The second one at the back end of last year was fantastic and of course it makes you hungry for more.
"Of course I have ambitions to play more games for England but to do that it comes down to what you do week in, week out and that is all I am focusing on."
