Skysports.com understands Queens Park Rangers are closing in on the signing of Crystal Palace midfielder Shaun Derry.
Derry looks set to leave Palace when his contract expires later this month and Rangers are keen to bring him to Loftus Road.
Rangers boss Neil Warnock has targeted several raids on his old club having lined up moves for Derry, Clint Hill and Darren Ambrose.
Warnock is a big admirer of Derry and believes the midfielder will be a key addition to his squad as he plans a promotion push next season.
Talks are thought to be at an advanced stage and Derry is expected to make the switch across to Loftus Road.
