Ronald Koeman believes title-chasing Leicester will be afraid of Southampton in Sunday's eagerly-anticipated Premier League clash at the King Power Stadium on Sunday.

The Foxes top the table with seven games of the season left, and another win would take them a step closer to the most unexpected Premier League title ever.

Koeman said: "This weekend could be a big decision (in the title race). They (Leicester) are also afraid of Southampton because they know we can beat everybody.

"We showed that against Liverpool, away at Man United, away at Chelsea and we are full of confidence to play.

"We realise they are very tough, very strong, with some good individual players."

Leicester fought back from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 in the reverse fixture at St Mary's and the Saints boss knows his side need to learn from that result.

"Of course we have the experience from the home game," said the Dutchman.

"For 60 minutes we were the dominating side, 2-0 up and we should have scored more, but they showed in that game they had a good game and a good spirit and then it was a draw 2-2.

"At that time I was surprised about the position on the table and it is all credit to them that they are still fighting.

The Southampton manager discusses Leicester’s form this season

"They have a great belief they can win the title and as it nears to the end of the season it is more pressure."

Southampton had 17 players on international duty during the recent break, but Koeman only has one injury concern for the clash.

Striker Shane Long is a doubt due to some knee trouble he picked up playing for the Republic of Ireland, but Jay Rodriguez, Ryan Bertrand and Charlie Austin are available.

Koeman said: "I have 24 players and normally we travel with 18 or 19 players. I have big decisions, but I am happy. Shane Long is doubtful, but the rest of the side are fit."
