Jamie Vardy is prepared for speculation surrounding Riyad Mahrez's Leicester future to continue in the summer transfer window.
Mahrez, who handed in a second transfer request in January to force through a move away from the club, was the subject of a cash-plus-player offer from Manchester City worth an estimated £60m on Deadline Day of the winter window.
However, Vardy insists he and his Leicester team-mates must not be distracted by the transfer fanfare surrounding Mahrez.
"I think it's happened in the last four transfer windows, so we just get on with it," Vardy exclusively told Sky Sports News, when asked if he suspects another club will attempt to sign the winger.
"What happens will happen, we'll have to wait and see, obviously, until the transfer window."
Vardy also sternly rejected speculation that the Leicester squad are displeased with boss Claude Puel, who is reportedly fighting to keep his job at the King Power Stadium.
"There's no truth in that at all," Vardy added. "If you look in training everyday, and obviously the games, you can see the players are trying to implement exactly what he wants us to do.
When asked what Puel is like behind closed doors, he said: "He's thoughtful about this football, but obviously behind the scenes, on the training field he's telling you exactly what he wants you to be doing, what you should be doing and every so often, to be fair to him, he gets involved in a few saucy challenges."
