Highlights of Barnsley's 2-1 win against Millwall in League One.

Barnsley got off to the perfect start in 2016 with a 2-1 win over Millwall at Oakwell.

Goals from Sam Winnall and Adam Hammill gave the Tykes all three points, following a leveller from Steve Morison.

Barnsley took a deserved lead through top-scorer Winnall in the 12th minute. After good build-up play on the left wing, the striker rose highest to glance home a header from Hammill's in-swinging cross.

The Lions were level just after the hour mark following a rare foray into the Barnsley half. Joe Martin's shot struck the post and rebounded to grateful skipper Morison, who tapped home from close range in the 61st minute.

Parity was short-lived as Hammill put the home side back in front with a wonderful solo effort six minutes later. After receiving the ball from Winnall he skipped past two defenders and into the box, finishing low to the keeper's left.
