Leeds striker Steve Morison has revealed club president Massimo Cellino's leadership style is keeping everyone at Elland Road "on their toes".
Cellino has parted company with two managers - Brian McDermott and David Hockday - and has made a raft of redundancies among non-playing staff at the club since completing his takeover in April.
The club's acting operations manager Graham Bean was acrimoniously sacked recently from his consultancy role following a fall-out with Cellino over a rearranged fixture and Morison spared a thought for latest head coach Darko Milanic.
"It's always going to be tough for any manager, this is maybe a volatile situation," Morison said after Saturday's derby draw with Sheffield Wednesday, in which he was a late substitute for Mirco Antenucci.
"Anything can happen, we've seen that so far this season.
"We're on our toes as much as anybody else, you don't know what might happen.
"The flip side of that is he (Cellino) has got this club stable financially, which has been one of the main issues, he's hopefully going to take over Elland Road again, which can only be a plus."
Milanic is still waiting for his first win in charge after a defeat and two draws and Morison said off-field stability was essential.
"(Cellino's) put a lot of things in place which are going to be good for the club in the future, but I think a successful football club has to have stability on the pitch, with a stable staff, a stable team," Morison added.
