AFC Wimbledon v Bolton preview
Friday 12 August 2016 11:23, UK
Defender Sean Kelly will keep his place in the starting line-up as AFC Wimbledon look to find a replacement for Ryan Sweeney.
The departure of Sweeney, who joined Stoke last week, has left a void in the Dons' defence but Kelly has impressed in his place after signing with the club following a successful trial.
George Francomb still lacks match fitness after returning from a knee problem, so he could miss the clash against Bolton.
Forward George Oakley, who scored midweek for the Under-21 side, is still one or two months away from returning after suffering a broken leg.
Defeat in the EFL Cup to Blackpool was a hammer blow for Bolton, and boss Phil Parkinson will be without defender Derik Osede, who limped off at Bloomfield Road with a groin problem.
That only adds to Wanderers' problems as they assess Mark Davies and Chris Taylor who both played 120 minutes in midweek having been held back during pre-season with respective injuries.
On the bright side, midfielder Zach Clough should be available following a hamstring issue.
Bolton could also give a debut to defender Anthony Taylor, who joined from Wigan on a season-long loan this week.
