Midfielder back to fitness as he looks for new club

Josh Wright has made a successful return to action after a frustrating spell on the sidelines through injury. The highly-rated 21-year-old, who is a free agent after leaving Scunthorpe in the summer, has seen any possible move to a new club held up a foot injury. Wright sustained a metatarsal injury which sidelined him for several weeks, but he is now on the road to recovery. The former Charlton man has been doing his rehabilitation at Tottenham after being offered the chance to use the club's training facilities by Spurs boss Harry Redknapp. Wright played for 60 minutes for Notts County in a behind-closed-doors friendly on Wednesday as he steps up his return to action. The talented midfielder is expected to feature in another friendly game next week as he looks to fix himself up with a new club.
