Scunthorpe striker Michael Rankine has joined Lincoln City on trial for the week.
League Two strugglers Lincoln City have taken Michael Rankine on trial, as manager Keith Alexander looks to add to his attacking options.The Scunthorpe striker, who is out of contract at the end of December, has not played for the Irons since April and has only scored once in 24 first team appearances.
Rankine will train with the Imps until the end of the week when a decision will be made on his future.
The 18-year-old has already spent time on loan at Conference North side Barrow this season scoring three times in 10 appearances.
