Midfielder thrilled to link back up with Holloway

Isaiah Osbourne is determined to make an impact at Blackpool after completing his move to Bloomfield Road from Hibernian. Sky Sports revealed earlier this week that the Seasiders had made a move to sign the midfielder, and the Championship club have now confirmed that a deal has been finalised. The former Aston Villa man, who has spent the last 12 months in the Scottish Premier League, has signed a one-year deal with an option of a further year. He will link up with manager Ian Holloway for a second time after a brief meeting during a loan spell at Leicester City.

"I'm delighted to be joining this club and absolutely buzzing to be here," he told the club's official website. "I went on-loan to Leicester when I was playing for Aston Villa and I only had one training session under him before I was called back, but he made a big impression on me in a short space of time. "I got to like him even during that one day and hopefully this time it lasts a little bit longer than the first time." He added: "I really see myself slotting into the way Blackpool play and I love the style of football that the manager plays."
