Teenage winger Henry Cameron has signed professional terms with Championship outfit Blackpool.
The 17-year-old was on the bench in the narrow FA Cup loss to Aston Villa earlier this month and has now penned an 18-month deal, with the option of a further year, at Bloomfield Road.
"I've been at the club since I was a young lad so it's a dream come true," the club's academy product told the Seasiders' official website.
"Last week I was offered a contract and there were no doubts in my mind that I wanted to sign because it's a great club."
The future of Blackpool's promising talents has come under scrutiny recently after manager Lee Clark revealed he was told he could not play Dom Telford or Mark Waddington against Millwall last weekend.
The teenagers have yet to sign professional deals with the Sky Bet Championship strugglers and Clark admitted they would be unavailable to him until they penned terms.
"The club have told me they can't play until they have signed professional contracts," he told the Blackpool Gazette.
"Something happened here with a young lad in the past who played and didn't sign.
"I'm not blaming anyone. I just want a solution where they can be back in my squad."
