Peter Clarke staying with Oldham Athletic

Skipper Peter Clarke has signed a new two-and-a-half-year contract to stay at Oldham, the Sky Bet League One club have announced.
The 35-year-old, who has played every minute in the league for Latics this season, has penned a deal that will keep him at Boundary Park until the end of the 2018-19 season.
Clarke has become a key member of Oldham's defence this season, helping keep 15 clean sheets and concede only 39 goals, which is the third best record in League One.
