Gylfi Sigurdsson happy with Garry Monk and Swansea

Gylfi Sigurdsson has denied falling out with Swansea manager Garry Monk and says he is happy at the club.
City made it clear on Tuesday that comments attributed to Sigurdsson, in which he said Monk "doesn't really communicate much with the players" and claimed the manager had failed to congratulate him on Iceland's Euro 2016 qualification, were taken out of context.
And Sigurdsson later cleared up the "misunderstanding" by offering his support to Monk, who tops Sky Bet's 'next Premier League manager to leave' market after a run of one win in nine games.
"I simply did not choose the right words to answer the question I was asked in the interview, which created this unfortunate misunderstanding," said the midfielder, quoted in the Daily Mail.
"I am very happy at Swansea and my relationship with the manager is very good. I have good communication with him, as do the rest of the players."
A Swansea spokesman told Wales Online on Tuesday: "We have spoken to Gylfi and he is adamant the comments have been taken out of context.
"Gylfi is quite clear that he meant his communication with his club manager is at a minimum when he is away on international duty and only that.
"And we would like to make it quite clear that Garry Monk congratulates every international player who qualifies for a tournament, no matter what tournament that might be or what nation they play for. To suggest otherwise is incorrect."
