Swansea have released Martin Olsson, Leroy Fer, Wilfried Bony, Luciano Narsingh and Wayne Routledge following the end of the season.
Routledge leaves Swansea having made 260 appearances, scoring 27 goals, since joining from Newcastle in 2011.
Fer was Swansea's captain this season and scored 10 goals in 101 appearances since initially joining on loan from QPR in February 2016.
Bony leaves after spending four months on loan this season with Qatar club Al-Arabi after making 96 appearances for Swansea, scoring 38 times.
Swedish international Olsson leaves after two-and-a-half years having joined from Norwich in January 2017, making 75 appearances and scoring twice.
Dutch winger Narsingh leaves after scoring two goals in 40 appearances since arriving from PSV Eindhoven in January 2017.
