Highlights of the League Two match between Exeter City and Tranmere.

Tranmere threatened first with Tom Ince dragging a long-range shot wide of goal from 25 yards, while Harrison Male made an unbelievable one-handed save to deny Exeter's Josh Gordon, who connected well to a Reece Cole free-kick.

Chances were few and far between, but a mistake in the Grecians' defence led to an opportunity for Ince, who was thwarted as Jack Bycroft made himself big in the Exeter goal.

The best chance of the game fell to Ince just before half-time, but he was again off target with only Bycroft to beat.

The second half was much the same with few chances for either side. Cole's free-kick was straight at Male 20 minutes from time, while Ed James was off target with a shot from distance for the home side.

James was then denied by Male after powering a header goalwards that the goalkeeper palmed over the bar, but that was as good as it got in an instantly forgettable encounter.
