Millwall have agreed a deal to sign Aston Villa defender Nathan Baker on a month's loan.
Boss Kenny Jackett has moved for the England Under 21 international after utility man Tamika Mkandawire was ruled out until next year following a knee operation.
Jackett also admitted he wants to make changes to his side after they fell to back-to-back defeats against Blackpool and Bristol City, leaving them just two points above the drop zone.
Baker, 20, made his Villa debut against Wigan in January and has made five appearances in the first team so far.
He also had a spell on loan with Lincoln during the 2009/10 season, making 18 appearances.
