Sky Bet Championship: Huddersfield defender Paul Dixon hails Chris Powell approach

Huddersfield defender Paul Dixon has spoken of his respect for boss Chris Powell due to his honest approach to management.
Former Dundee United defender Dixon, 28, has made only four appearances under Powell, who has often preferred to use QPR loanee Jack Robinson in the left-back position since replacing Mark Robins at the helm in early September.
"Even though I've been out of the team I've really enjoyed working with him," said Dixon, who has started in Town's last two matches.
"I'm sure you know, footballers who aren't playing tend not to be happy and if things have happened they might not like a manager for certain reasons.
"But he's been honest with me from day one. He's kept me in the loop, so I really respect him and enjoy working with him."
Dixon said former Charlton boss Powell has not laid down any targets in terms of where Town finish in the table this season.
"He just wants us to play well and win games really," Dixon added.
"He's not set us any targets as such like 'I want you to get in the play-offs'.
"It's just taking each game as it comes, play well and get three points and that will take care of itself."
