Watch as Tyrone Mings runs at full speed into a post behind the goal after making a brilliant clearance against Birmingham.

Tyrone Mings put his body on the line for Bournemouth with a painful goalline clearance in the 2-1 win at Birmingham.

Mings produced a superb clearance off the line with a backheel, before sliding into the post holding the net up behind the goal at St Andrew's.

Bournemouth bounced back after Birmingham took a first-half lead through Maikel Kieftenbeld. Ryan Fraser equalised 52 seconds into the second half with his first goal since January and the winner was smartly scored by Marc Pugh in the 68th minute.

Howe was full of praise for Mings, saying: "I thought he needed another game and ended up having a really productive
evening. It was great to see him score and I am sure he will feel great after this match."

On Mings' clearance, he added: "I thought it was the defining moment of the game."
