Bradford not able to keep Hendrie; Moult returns to Stoke

Bradford manager Peter Taylor has confirmed that Louis Moult and Lee Hendrie have left the club. Former Aston Villa midfielder Hendrie only arrived at Valley Parade on a short-term deal in September and has impressed Taylor with his attitude as well as his ability. However, he will now have to seek employment elsewhere after being informed that he has no future with the Bantams. Moult, like Hendrie, played no part in Saturday's 2-1 victory over Lincoln after being told his loan spell was at an end. The 18-year-old has been with Bradford for five months but will now return to parent club Stoke.

Unfortunate

Speaking about Hendrie, who made 14 appearances, Taylor told the club's official website: "We are unfortunately not in a position to take it any further and I feel really sorry him. "Lee has been a superb professional during his time at the football club and it's unfortunate that we can't sort anything out for him, but I really hope he goes on to find something else. "As well as Lee, Louis will also be leaving the football club to go back to Stoke with his loan now finishing."
