Chesterfield have re-signed central defender Tom Anderson on loan from Burnley.

The 22-year-old spent time at the Sky Bet League One club between March and May earlier this year before penning a new contract at Turf Moor.

Anderson has made 18 previous appearances for the Spireites and has also had loan spells at Lincoln, Halifax, Hyde, Barrow and Carlisle.

Meanwhile, young Chesterfield forward Curtis Morrison has joined Gainsborough Trinity on a youth loan for an initial 28 days.
