Highlights of the Sky Bet League Two match between Shrewsbury and Chesterfield

Chesterfield moved into the League Two play-off places following a battling 1-0 win at Shrewsbury.

Lee Bonis hit the winner just after the hour with his sixth goal of the season to give the Spireites a second successive victory.

The visitors rode their luck at times, with former Spireite Sam Clucas and Tommy McDermott going close in either half.

Clucas saw a shot well saved, and another go narrowly over as the hosts enjoyed the better of the opening 30 minutes.

Bonis failed to find the target after Dylan Duffy picked him out just before half-time.

McDermott drilled a glorious chance inches wide after Tom Anderson flicked the ball into his path in the 54th minute.

Bonis then failed to find the target with a first-time effort from Ronan Darcy's cross.

James Berry missed a glorious chance to seal the win when he somehow shot wide from close range with two minutes to go, but it did not prove to be costly.
