Neil Redfearn vows to make Rotherham mentally tougher

Rotherham manager Neil Redfearn says his side have got to be mentally tougher after crumbling to defeat at home to Sheffield Wednesday.
The Millers conceded twice in five second-half minutes on Friday night and suffered an eighth Sky Bet Championship defeat of the season.
Redfearn, who took over just over a week ago and has picked up just a point from his opening three games, has vowed to fight to get the club out of its mess one step at a time.
"We've got to be mentally tougher and harder to beat. It was too easy tonight," he told Sky Sports.
"We gave both goals away, we didn't make them work hard to get them. We had to work had for our chances.
"It was disappointing. Fifteen minutes after half-time, we were two goals down. We talked about coming out of the traps ourselves but it was the opposite.
"I've come here with my eyes open. This side only just stayed up last year and we are down there again this year, which is why I'm here. I know it's going to be two steps forward, one step back.
"It's about being diligent and getting these players where they need to be. And if we need some help by getting some bodies in, then we will do.
"It's been difficult for us to rotate things round with the injuries we've had, we haven't got a big squad, but I'm not going to make excuses. There's enough in that dressing room to go 90 minutes with Sheffield Wednesday.
"We've got to find a way out of this."
