Rotherham's Joe Mattock received his marching orders after taking too long over a throw-in his side's draw with Birmingham on Saturday.
With the Millers already reduced to 10 men following Richard Wood's dismissal, Mattock was sent off in injury-time after receiving a second yellow card for time wasting.
