Championship: Brentford boss Mark Warburton tips Andre Gray for Premier League

Brentford manager Mark Warburton tipped former non-league striker Andre Gray for the Premier League after his double helped down Millwall 3-2 at The Den.
The hosts found themselves 2-0 down after Gray, a summer signing from Luton, struck either side of half-time.
Millwall fought back with two goals in two minutes from Danny Shittu and Alan Dunne - his first since March 2013 - just before the hour mark.
But Shittu's unfortunate own goal handed the Bees victory.
"He (Gray) has terrorised them," said Warburton. "He's raw, he's hungry, he's quick, he wants to learn, he's just turned 23 and there's loads more to come from Andre Gray.
"I think sometimes he doesn't know what he's going to do let alone defenders and that's the secret for him, he takes a chance, he takes a risk.
"I'm delighted from him, delighted that his hard work is paying off and I'm sure there's still a lot more to come from him.
"When you think he was playing Conference football last year it speaks volumes for his character. He can go to the Premier League, I've got no doubts about that."
On the game, the Bees boss added: "At the beginning of the season half the team just lacked self-belief.
"It was the obvious question: do we belong at this level? Can we handle this level? Hopefully you've seen that they can and this week has been very pleasing."
Three minutes before the break Gray latched onto an Alex Pritchard through ball and sent a low shot past David Forde.
On 56 minutes Gray doubled the Bees' lead - the start of a frantic 10 minutes in which four goals were scored.
Shittu headed home Lee Martin's cross before Millwall captain Dunne equalised on 59 minutes.
Gray then turned provider as Brentford grabbed the winner - his low cross diverted into his own net by Shittu on 66 minutes.
Millwall boss Ian Holloway said: "Fair play to them, I knew how good they were. I knew what they would do to us.
"Warburton's about three to four years ahead of me in what he needs to do. I'm giving the credit to Mark.
"They came here and I knew they were going to pick our pockets. Without Scott McDonald we didn't know how to press. I'm a little bit upset because we discussed what we needed to do at half-time.
"Everybody should looking at what a fantastic job they're doing. I'm a little bit jealous.
"I think that's the only team who actually deserved to beat us this season.
"They certainly aren't little Brentford anymore. At the minute I've got a massive problem because not all of my boys are as fit as they need to be.
"I know the mountain in front of me but I can't wait to climb it."
