Day, Mendes and Elvins not offered new contracts
Aldershot have confirmed Rhys Day, Junior Mendes and Rob Elvins will not be offered new contracts at the end of the season.
The trio's current deals expire in the summer and they will be on the look-out for new clubs after failing to earn fresh terms from manager Gary Waddock.
Defender Day, who has not played since suffering an injury in the goalless home draw with Shrewsbury in March, departs after three seasons and 112 appearances for the club.
Striker Elvins, signed in the summer of 2007, was recently recalled from a loan spell at Blue Square Premier side Woking due to the club's growing injury list.
Experienced forward Mendes last featured for Aldershot in the 2-2 draw at home to Notts County in January and is currently on loan at Stevenage.
Waddock said: "I would like to take this opportunity to thank all three players for their efforts at Aldershot Town Football Club and for the contribution that they made last season as the club gained promotion to the Football League. It was a tremendous achievement.
"On behalf of Aldershot Town Football Club I wish all three players the very best for the future and wish them well."
