Young stopper latest to undertake trial at Meadow Lane

Djurgarden defender Kebba Ceesay is the latest Swedish-based player to have caught the eye of ambitious Notts County. The League Two club have already invited Degerfors striker Mario Simunovic and Skelleftea's Jonas Desai to train at Meadow Lane, and are now looking at Ceesay. The 22-year-old is spending a week on trial with the Magpies and is also expected to watch the club's game against Aldershot at the weekend. He has a year remaining on his current contract and Djurgarden have confirmed Ceesay has travelled to England to meet up with Hans Backe's side. "I can confirm that Kebba Ceesay is in England to meet with Notts County," said Djurgarden's press officer Jonas Riedel. "I don't know all the details, but I'm looking into it."
