MK Dons will give a fitness test to Darren Potter ahead of Peterborough's visit to Stadium MK.

The midfielder has missed the last two matches after an injury forced him off before half-time against Bradford 10 days ago.

Milton Keynes manager Karl Robinson made seven changes for the EFL Cup tie at Reading in midweek and the likes of David Martin, Joe Walsh, Dean Lewington, George Baldock, Daniel Powell and Nicky Maynard are all expected to be recalled.

Midfielder Ben Reeves might be rested having featured twice in four days on his return from a calf injury while record signing Kieran Agard remains out injured.

Ben Alnwick and Jack Baldwin are set to return for Peterborough after missing Tuesday's EFL Cup loss to Swansea.

Goalkeeper Alnwick was out with a hamstring strain while defender Baldwin was suspended as the Swans won 3-1 at the ABAX Stadium.

Defender Hayden White is a new absentee after suffering a knock in a reserve game this week.
