Wycombe striker Adebayo Akinfenwa shows off his power by squatting with Sky Sports News HQ's Mark McAdam on his shoulders.
The 'Beast' was at Craven Cottage with manager Gareth Ainsworth to kick off the new English Football League season, which starts on Friday live on Sky Sports as Newcastle take on Fulham at Craven Cottage.
There were fans, players and officials representing all 72 were at Fulham's ground, with Sky Sports News HQ interviewing throughout the day.
After a chat with the Chairboys pair, it was time for Akinfenwa to show off the strength that has made him famous in English football, and a nod from an SSN producer saw McAdam swept up onto The Beast's shoulders.
He then continued to squat while our reporter delivered his broadcast, and warned the defences of League One to '100 per cent' watch out for him next season.
The striker made the move from AFC Wimbledon to Adams Park after he helped the Dons to victory in the League Two play-off final against Plymouth, scoring a late penalty at Wembley.
Hit play on the video above to Akinfenwa in action and watch Fulham and Newcastle kick off the English Football League season on Sky Sports 1 on Friday 5 August.
