Kidderminster Harriers appear on the verge of signing Jake Sedgemore.
Sedgemore starred for Burton Albion in their FA Cup clashes against Manchester United whilst on loan from League 2 side Bury.
The midfielder recently had his contract cancelled by The Shakers and was hoping to stay at Burton.
However, Nigel Clough's side would only offer a deal until the end of the season and therefore Sedgemore decided to look elsewhere.
The former Northwich and Shrewsbury man reportedly wanted a longer contract and Harriers boss Mark Yates was willing to table such an offer and the player is rumoured to have had his medical at Aggborough on Monday morning.
