Torquay have secured the services of former Leicester striker Billy Kee on a two-year deal. Leicester-born Northern Ireland Under-21 international Kee, 19, was released by the Foxes last month. He had progressed through the youth ranks on a wave of goals and then signing professional forms with the Championship club last summer. He spent the season on loan at Accrington, netting nine goals in 37 League Two appearances. Stanley were among a host of clubs keen to secure his services but Torquay have won the race for his signature.
