Hibernian duo Alan Stubbs and John McGinn have won the SPFL Championship manager and player of the month awards for November.
Easter Road head coach Stubbs, who insists he is fully focused on the club despite being linked with the vacant job at Reading, collects the prize for the second successive month having guided his side to four successive victories during the period.
That run has seen Hibs move within three points of Championship leaders Rangers. Mark Warburton's men had the chance to move 11 points clear at the top of the table when the sides met in Edinburgh on November 1.
Stubbs said: "It's great to get the rewards, but the most important thing is that we are getting results on the pitch and you don't get these awards unless you are getting results on the pitch. So, from that point of view, we are really happy."
McGinn has impressed with his midfield displays since making the switch from St Mirren in the summer. He has been a regular for both Hibs and Scotland U21s this season, playing in all of the latter's Euro 2017 qualifiers.
"It's been a good month for me personally and more importantly for the team," he said. "I wouldn't be getting this award if it wasn't for the work of the guys in the dressing room and they are a big factor in myself and the manager getting these awards.
"I've still got a mistake in me, I've got a rush of blood to the head in me now and again, but I'm working on it and I feel I am reaping the benefits of it."
As well as keeping tabs on Rangers, Hibs are in the semi-finals of the Scottish League Cup and will face St Johnstone at Tynecastle on January 30.
Hibs have now won 14 of their last 15 matches in all competitions, scoring 33 goals and conceding only seven. Their next match is at home to Falkirk who lie just six points behind in third.
