Hearts will play FC Infonet of Estonia in the first qualifying round of the Europa League, with Aberdeen taking on CS Fola Esch, runners-up in the Luxembourg league.
Scottish Cup winners Hibs go straight into the second qualifying round and will take on Valur Reykjavic of Iceland or Danish side Brondby IF.
FC Infonet are currently second in the Estonian League, which is halfway through its season, two places above Flora Tallinn, Celtic's potential Champions League opponents.
Infonet are making their European debut against Hearts but have a notable recent cup record - they beat Virtsu Jalgpalliklubi 36-0 in their domestic tournament last year.
If Aberdeen advance past Fola they will face Latvian side Ventspils or Vikingur of the Faroe Islands in the second qualifying round. Hearts will take on Siroki Brijeg of Bosnia and Herzegovina or Maltese side Birkirkara if they beat Infonet, with the first leg in Estonia on June 30.
In the first qualifying round, Northern Ireland's Linfield take on the Republic's Cork City with the first leg in Belfast. The winners will play Swedish side Hacken.
Cliftonville of Northern Ireland take on FC Differdange of Luxembourg. Irish side St Patrick's also face opposition from Luxembourg in AS Jeunesse Esch.
That means both St Patrick's and Aberdeen could be heading to the little town of Esch-sur-Alzette on July 7, which might mean one of those ties is rescheduled.
Shamrock Rovers, who were seeded, face RoPS Rovaniemi of Finland.
Glenavon of Northern Ireland will face Icelandic opposition in the shape of FC Reykjavik. They will play Grasshoppers of Zurich if they advance.
Welsh side Connah's Quay Nomads face the Norwegian side Stabaek, who are managed by former Scotland midfielder Billy McKinlay, who left Real Sociedad with David Moyes last season.
Bala Town and Llandudno Town face Swedish teams in AIK Solna, based in Stockholm, and IFK Gothenburg respectively.
