Gordon Strachan and Craig Bellamy describe the intensity and passion of playing in an Old Firm derby

Gordon Strachan and Craig Bellamy tell The Debate just what makes the Old Firm such a unique clash.

Celtic host Rangers at Parkhead on Saturday afternoon in what is the arch rivals' second league meeting of the season, with the Scottish Premiership champions having won the first encounter 2-0 at Ibrox in September.

Strachan, who managed Celtic between 2005 and 2009, says there is no other match in world football quite like it.

"It is not a normal game, it is madness, fun, everything," said Strachan. "It is a great thing to be involved in."

"Going up there was another level, it really was. The weeks building up to it, the papers, radio phone ins," he said.
