Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers has been named Scottish Premiership Manager of the Year, while Scott Brown has won the player's award.

Rodgers guided Celtic to their seventh straight title and the League Cup, while the Hoops could yet make it a treble in the Scottish Cup final against Motherwell this weekend, live on Sky Sports Football.

Celtic captain Brown, 32, has made 55 appearances this season but did not register a goal or assist.

He was last week named player of the year for 2018 by the Scottish Football Writers Association.

Brown, who joined from Hibernian in 2007, will play his testimonial match against the Republic of Ireland at Celtic Park just 24 hours after the Scottish Cup final.
