Celtic still have work to do to retain the Scottish Premiership title, according to the club's former striker John Hartson.
Brendan Rodgers' side opened up an eight-point gap at the top of the table when Scott Brown scored a stoppage time winner against Kilmarnock on Sunday before being sent off for celebrating in the crowd.
Closest rivals Rangers were held to a goalless draw by St Johnstone on Saturday while Aberdeen in third place also dropped points, drawing 2-2 with St Mirren.
Speaking to Sky Sports News after making a substantial donation on behalf of his foundation to the Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre in Glasgow, Hartson said: "I don't think you can say it's over. There are lots of tough games still to come.
"Celtic have to play Rangers twice, they have to play Aberdeen twice, Kilmarnock as well, so there are still plenty of points to play for.
"But it's a huge momentum shift when you think that Rangers failed to beat St Johnstone at home at the weekend and Aberdeen failed to beat St Mirren.
"All of a sudden when Celtic were looking at the gap being potentially two points they have taken advantage, scored in the last minute, and now it is eight points.
"In terms of having that gap, yes it's fantastic. Celtic for me were always the favourites anyway but there's still a bit of work to go.
"I wouldn't be so naive as to say it's over. I've made big predictions in the past and got them wrong.
"Celtic are massive favourites, of course, they always were. But now with the eight points they'll take some catching."
