Manzano hoping to clinch Europa progress at Celtic
Atletico Madrid manager Gregorio Manzano insists his team will be going for success against Celtic in the Europa League.
The Liga side take on Neil Lennon's men at Parkhead on Wednesday knowing a win will guarantee progression from Group I.
A draw would not severely damage their hopes of qualifying as Celtic are in third, but Manzano does not want to leave anything to chance.
Idea
"The idea (on Wednesday) is to win," said Manzano.
"Mathematically that would put us through. We want to secure our step through to the next phase.
"We want to get far in the tournament and to do that we need to take all the points.
"It's going to be a similar team compared to the one at the weekend."
Dirty
Manzano has brushed off criticism from Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho that his side are dirty in the wake of their 4-1 defeat by their city rivals.
Atletico had two players sent off, Thibaut Courtois and Diego Godin, but he is paying no attention to Real's manager.
"We're known to be a physical team, as are Celtic," he continued. "That doesn't mean we're dirty though.
"Unfortunately I'm past the point of being surprised about it. I'm not going to pay any attention to Real Madrid's medical report."
