Bhoys hero insists hard work starts now
Celtic match-winner Joe Ledley insists there will be no complacency from his team-mates after they moved to the top of the SPL.
The Bhoys had been 15 points adrift of Rangers in November, albeit with two games in hand, but Wednesday's 1-0 success in the Old Firm derby means they are now two clear.
Neil Lennon's men have now won nine successive matches in SPL action, although Ledley knows they cannot switch off now they have reached the summit.
Gers have slipped off the pace in recent weeks, however, the Wales international is of the firm belief the Light Blues will be pushing their arch rivals all the way in a bid to retain their crown.
Battle
"Rangers are a good team and they are going to battle all the way to the end of the season and keep us on our toes," said Ledley.
"We know that and we just want to continue the great form that we are in at the moment. It was just vital that we got the three points and it's handy to be top of the league.
"But there are only two points in it and anything can happen in football and so we need to keep on our toes and keep playing the way we are playing.
"It was a great team performance and it was good to get a goal. It is always good to score against Rangers, especially with it being the winning goal.
"Charlie Mulgrew has a good delivery and I managed to get on the end of it. We knew Rangers were going to lump it in to the box and I thought we dealt with it pretty well."
