Lennon and Wanyama take December prizes
Celtic boss Neil Lennon has been named Clydesdale Bank Premier League Manager of the Month for December.
The Northern Irishman, who lifted the award in November, stretched the Hoops' unbeaten run to 10 with a maximum 15-point haul from five matches.
The victories, and a couple of slip-ups by title rivals Rangers, saw Celtic wipe out a one-time 15-point deficit to lead the SPL table by two going into 2012.
And Victor Wanyama made it a double celebration for the Bhoys when he was named Young Player of the Month.
The Kenyan scored the only goal of the game against Hearts at Parkhead and played a pivotal role in the 1-0 home victory over Rangers on 28th December.
