Patience is key for Rangers manager Mark Warburton in win

Rangers manager Mark Warburton paid tribute to his players' patience and composure after they claimed a late victory against Queen of the South.
The Ibrox team fell behind in the first half against their Dumfries opponents when Derek Lyle scored after several missed chances by the hosts.
But Rangers launched a comeback in the second half and drew level through Jason Holt's third goal of the season.
They looked to have missed the chance to pull ahead when Martyn Waghorn had a penalty saved after Andy Halliday was fouled.
He made up for that just a minute later though when he rise highest to nod in the winner - Rangers' 50th goal of the season and their first from a header.
Warburton said: "We had a load of the ball in the first half and didn't really hurt them enough. Then after a good set-piece, good movement, we were 1-0 down at half-time.
"It was a good test for us, the first time we have gone behind in the league. So what are we going to do? Are we going to panic or are we going to be patient and do what we do best?
"I'm pleased to say the reaction was good. We got the goal and had four or five chances and to react in the way we did to missing the penalty by getting the goal was tremendous."
Rangers' early routs in the Championship have been replaced with tighter winning margins as opponents have closed ranks in recent weeks.
Although the Glasgow side still have a 100 per cent record after 10 league outings, this was as hard as they have had to work for three points yet this season.
Warburton added: "The opponents have good quality (and) organisation. They are solid and compact, nine men behind the ball and hard to break down.
"There are not going to be four or five (goals) every week. It's about us being patient. Whether you score in the first or the last minute, it's getting your rewards hopefully.
"Today was good commitment and good focus and we got the three points."
