Nicky Law could make his long-awaited return for Rangers at home to Morton on Saturday after seven weeks out of action with a knee injury.
Law has not played since October 20 but has been declared fit for the Scottish Championship leaders.
Dean Shiels has recovered from a stiff neck but winger David Templeton and goalkeeper Cammy Bell remain on the absent list.
This will be Morton's first league visit to Ibrox in more than 27 years and they have not beaten the Gers in Glasgow since 1981.
Looking ahead to the game, Rangers midfielder Andy Halliday told his club's website: "Morton will be playing with confidence but I still don't think that is going to change their game plan.
"They're going to be very well organised and make themselves hard to beat."
Rangers will hold a minute's silence before Saturday's game following the fatal shooting of former player Arnold Peralta this week. The 26-year-old Honduras international was shot dead in his hometown of La Ceiba.
