Joe Dodoo could make his first start as Rangers look to maintain their 100 per cent record in the Betfred Cup against Stranraer.

Mark Warburton's side round off their Group F schedule at home to their League One opponents on Monday night.

Dodoo came off the bench to score on his debut at Ochilview Park on Friday night and is expected to be handed a starting berth.

Josh Windass, who has impressed in his cup outings so far, may be rested after limping off at half-time against East Stirling with a tight hamstring but Joey Barton is likely to feature.

Warburton's only other absentee is Windass' former Accrington Stanley team-mate Matt Crooks (ankle).

Stranraer are in second place in the section after supplementing their opening 2-1 win at Annan with a 3-1 home win over East Stirling on Tuesday, July 19.

The winners in each of the eight sections and the four best runners-up advance to the second round.

There they will be joined by Aberdeen, Celtic, Hearts and Hibernian as the competition switches to a straight knockout format, with the final on Sunday November 27.
