Rangers have agreed a £1.3m fee with Norwich for midfielder Graham Dorrans, according to Sky sources.
The 30-year-old has been linked with a move to Ibrox throughout the summer and it is understood the club have now agreed a price with the Canaries for the boyhood Rangers fan.
Dorrans arrived in Glasgow on Wednesday evening and will begin a medical on Thursday morning, ahead of signing a three-year deal.
Rangers crashed out of the Europa League following a 2-0 defeat to Luxembourg minnows Progres Niederkorn on Tuesday.
Dorrans started his career at Livingston before signing for West Brom in 2008.
He moved to Norwich on loan in 2015 and helped the side achieve promotion to the Premier League before joining the club on a permanent deal shortly after.
Dorrans would become Rangers manager Pedro Caixinha's ninth summer signing after the likes of Carlos Pena, Bruno Alves, Ryan Jack and Alfredo Morelos made the move to Ibrox.
