Manchester City defender Richard Dunne is 50-50 for this weekend's clash with Fulham.

Defender could feature this weekend

Manchester City have been handed a boost with the news that Richard Dunne's injury is not as serious as first feared. Dunne limped off with a hamstring problem during his side's 3-1 win over Portsmouth last weekend. It was feared the injury could sideline the City skipper for the rest of the season, but Sven Goran Eriksson says the player is 50-50 for this weekend's clash with Fulham. "He's 50-50 but if he cannot play against Fulham he will be ready for the weekend after against Liverpool," said Eriksson.

Eriksson also confirmed that he had recalled young defender Shaleum Logan from a loan spell at Stockport County. "It is unfortunate for Stockport but we had no choice. After the game against Portsmouth we had only three fit defenders and he is our player and we had to take him back," added Eriksson.
